[Misc] Nec it45c4 no gradation adjustment tab

Have an IT45C4 NEC that's missing the gradation adjustment tab in tech rep mode. tried firmware update, cleaned id sensors. and still unable to peform gradation adjustment. where the gradation tab should be on the screen, its just a blank space. I have never seen this before. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, whaat do I need to do to correct it>?

Do you have Bias Voltage Choice ON? If so, disable it and check again
