Scan to Email - forwarded attachement.

When scanning from a Konica Bizhub C280 the scanned email is coming through as what looks like a forwarded email attachment.

Therefore the customer has to go into the attachment email to retrieve the PDF attachment from within. There is a Ricoh device working on the network with the same settings perfectly fine.
