    bizhub C250 Copy Quality Problem

Hi, i have a copy quality problem with one of my bizhub C250. If i print via demo page the copy is fine also via printer. But if i copy an original via top glass or feeder a black square image is blocking the copied image... (see images). Has anyone encountered this problem? This are the things i tried replacing so far just for testing purposes:

    all imaging unit
    transfer belt assy
    CCD

    still no luck.
Any idea where this problem came from? Thank you very much.

It's not a problem with your machine, don't waste your time - just perform steps XII-XVII from Installation Manual, this will solve your problem.

    These are main topics:
    - XII. Adjusting Touch Panel
    - XIII. Setting Gradation Adjust
    - XIV. Date/Time Setting
    - XV. Install Date
    - XVI. Serial Number Input
    - XVII. Unit Change

I would think it almost has to be the Glass. That is the only thing different that comes into play. Remove it and clean both sides thoroughly and see what happens.
