    Developer Problem

    Dear all, i have a biz hub C451 it keeps on sucking out the cyan developer from the
    cyan imaging unit l tried changing the cyan imaging unit but the same thing , i tried to
    clean the two high voltage board contacts but it failed ,
    some help

    I'd say time for a HVPS.
    Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

        He is suggesting you replace the High Voltage Power Supply

          I'm sorry, let me rephrase my answer, "Time to call a tech"

              and theres 2 hv boards. the upper one does 1st + 2nd transfer and belt cleaning, the lower provides all HV to the imaging units..

              repeditive developer spilling issues that arent caused by other malfunctions are usually a result of the lower board, which is also the biggest pain in the backside to change of the two.
