    [Error Code] C220 Unable to Copy/Scan

    Hi Guys,

    A Happy New year to all.

    We've had a few customers with Konica C220/280/360's thats displays a message: Unable to Copy/Scan.
    Switching the machine off and on seems to resolve it for a while, but this message can reoccur frequently.
    If anyone has had this message, would you be able to kindly advise what the possible cause is please.

          The MFP has found an internal problem (probably with the scanner system) and is putting itself in a kind of "limp home" mode. You need to check in service mode do determine what the cause is. When this message is displayed the operator has an opportunity to try and continue to use the mfp with the affected part/s disabled. Turning power off resets the process. Emujo
