A Happy New year to all.
We've had a few customers with Konica C220/280/360's thats displays a message: Unable to Copy/Scan.
Switching the machine off and on seems to resolve it for a while, but this message can reoccur frequently.
If anyone has had this message, would you be able to kindly advise what the possible cause is please.
