ok the short story. I replaced a bizhub 363 with 250 k with a new bizhub 363. upon doing the install I remembered it had a fax unit. darn. so I removed the fax f rom the old unit. replaced it into the new machine. set it up. great. brought the old machine in. code. I forgot I needed to unset the fax. it works great now. but evertime I turn the power on. an activity report prints out. 2 pages actually. and I dont have the fax unit to install to turn off activity report. is there something else I can do to just simply make the report not print out ever time?
