Hi, i have a problem with my copier konica DI 470. when i turn it on, its giving a message on screen the message is: Turn the main switch OFF and then ON following the instruction. after a wait nothing can happen. machine is still hang on this message

If you are using the main switch on the left side down by your knee, then I would unplug from wall. Wait a few minutes and try again.

i think the problem you have got is that the copier has the wrong controller type set in tech rep.

If you perform a memory clear this resets it too type '0'

If it has a Pi 4700e you need to set it to o '6'

machine is di470, not pi470

The pi4700e is the printer interface not a reference to the copier. Glad you got it solved.
