I desperately need help with a Colorforce 8050. I bought it used several years ago and finally got around to getting it running. I own a small print shop just west of Pittsburgh. I bought the copier from another print shop owner who had gone out of business. The problem I have is a code SC45-20 which I gather is the result of a lot of possible problems. I think I've narrowed this down to a lack of toner in the developers. In the 47 mode, I can get the toner bottles to rotate and I can see that the hoppers are full - the problem is with the small auger drive motors that push the toner into the developers. Is there a 47 mode entry that activates these motors? Also, is there a way to reset the software switches to factory (default) settings? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
