    BHC 451 PCU CYANO

    I have this problem on this machine :

    The pcu cyano after about 8000 copies consumes developer

    I have already replaced 3 pcu cyano, HV2 (high voltage unit), the main drive unit

    I have no more ideas

    Is pcu cyano the cyan imaging unit?

        Usually, on this series, the black imaging unit was a major issue. From what you said, I am suspecting the PWB Assy (p/n A00J H020 07 for bizhub C550/C451).

            You might already have your answer, but I am going to default to basics:
            Did you clean all contacts relevant to the cyan IU (e.g., the difficult ones to read inside the box)?
            Try wedging a piece of paper between the blue latch to secure the contact.
