pc 110 not powering up

    pc 110 not powering up

    this pc 110 sits under a bizhub c224e plugged in. nothing. the mahine doesn't even see it
    any thoughts?

    It's plug and play, so I would start by looking for power (5 and 12vdc). Possible wiring harness issue or power supply. Emujo

        The pins in the coupler do get damaged pretty easy. We have had to replace a couple of them.

          It just sucks that it is brand new. Never used once. I am going to see if I can start a claim with km. because I don't wanna eat this one.

            just swapped this non working one with a working one. and we have nothing. I have taken the back off the mfp and verified everything is plugged in. time to get the book out and doing some wiring troubleshooting. must be the copier. not the stand.
