PM done about 150 K drum dev cleaning blades grid filters etc
ran great then started to get a light grey band at lead edge now its dumping toner onto the transfer belt

just got to machine and the developer is dumping everywhere
Development brush looks wrong. 8.5 mil on developer unit
drum scored customer pissed
developer unit is rotating so m3 is ok. Throws a c2202
checked everything there looks good

Hi Brian

I had the same issue recently, I found the developer had gathered in place scraping the drum and dumping the dev on the belt. I Fitted a brand new dev unit and made sure that when I tipped the dev and turned the mag roll it was evenly covered.

Had a bizhub 951 that did that.Took bar off just past mag. roller and cleaned under bar.Also tried to slightly re-form bar.May have to just replace developing unit.
