I have noticed that when i use the dupplex in this model the machine makes this strange sound in the dupplex area and finally jam, but when i change the papertype it does not happen. Have anybody any clue about this issue.

Is the paper type set correctly according with the actual paper that you are printing on?

Is this jam happening with plain paper, and what kind of strange sound are you hearing?
