Konica Minolta 1600F , counter: 3719, expandable of cartridge shows 19%

I bought Konica Minolta 1600F, it has a counter 3719 and the expandable of catridge shows 19%, now I dont undertand whether they already used 19 % of the cartridge or it only still has 19%.

Can you help me?

19% is the life remaining.This counter must reset with the Card Chip provided with the new toner cartridge.
