Error code c3102 on c451

Dear all
i have i printer bizhub C451
and it has an error code c-3102
i tried to swap the fusing motor with the one
whichich is the same in the same machine but it
failed , i tried to change the fusing unit but also it failed
some help pliz

replace the black plastic rotation sensing housing and the 2 photo sensors at the rear right side behind the fusing unit.

Are you clearing the code before you do all this work with trouble reset?

Ensure that the fuser is seating properly and the gears are in good working order and the lock lever is good.

Did you replace the fuser motor with a c451-c650 series or c452-c652 series model?
