C652 Going dead on Pre drive

Attended a C652 which the customer says went dead on them mid run, removed the paper jam and restarted the machine, it fires up and as soon as it goes into pre-drive it switches off completely. Checked power supply, MFP Board and connections from the Document Feeder etc, but didn't find anything. Any ideas welcome

any lights on at all after failure? Could be memory chips. Known problem with this series.

UPDATE.. It was the fuser unit, before fitting the new unit, the machine went dead just as pre drive started, fitted new fuser and the machine worked fine, no issues at all and its been almost a week now.
