    c 3451 error in bizhub 350

    hi,

    can anybody give the solution for the c3451 in bizhub 350.rats bitten the harness. i replaced harness.machine is very new just 700 copies taken.i tried with 'trouble reset', pwb-A,power pcb and fuser unit but no use.finally came to the conclusion that the EEPROM which is mounted in pcb -A giving the prob.how to reset the EEPROM.by upgrading firmware will it work?

    pls give me solution....

    their is a reset switch in PWB-A hold it and power on the machine and the machine will reset the code. All the best.

      sorry jagan,it s not working.i continously hold the switch but warming up in dication coming after that again c3451 and again now warming up.this is wat happening continously.

      any other solution pls

        The code is for fusing warm up failure. Check your wires to the fuser/ power supply. Make sure the fuser still works, put it in another machine.

          i tried with everything as i mentioned above.but no use.i interchanged EEPROM with another machine error C 2654 code is coming.iam in puzzle,i dunno wat to do.

            Is there a chance that you missed a damaged wire? You may have to pull the wire harness and swap with a working one. We just had a C350 that kept telling us to instal the image units even though they were there. The problem found was one wire on one plugin connector to the "A" board was pulled slightly out of place. It was not out of the plug but it was pulled back enough to not make a good connection. try it, what have you got to loose?
