Konica 7272 Freezing

We have a 7272 which freezes frequently with no error code logged. It freezes with a message Initial job in progress . During this period the control panel, touch screen doesn't respond until the machine is switched off and on
We have IP511a installed in the same machine. we have swopped the IP with different working IP no improvement
We have swopped even the TSCB (toner control sensor Board) as well no improvement. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Try another hard drive. Worst case scenario the ICB can lock the op panel.

you are right final we found the image control board failed. we need them do you know some one who can source that for us or is there a way to repair the board.

Im glad that tip help, unforunately I dont know who can repair the ICB.
