bizhub 601 2nd side missing print on copy

if I didn't see it I wouldn't believe it. its a bizhub 601 first side ok this is a double sided 11 by 17 and when the copies are in the output tray. it is on the underside. I measured it and am submitting a copy for a sample here. it is a quarter there. I measured the area it is 5 and 1/2 by 8 1/2
here is the kicker. it wont do it today. it does it spuratically.. anyone have any thoughts what it might be?

Will this happen on multiple copies? Trying to eliminate scanner section.....
Is this a 4in1? Or is your sample suppose to be the entire page??
I've had similar issues with a bad ICB....blank pages & 1/2 pages.....

It it does it on regular paper or 11 by17. That sample was a full 11 by 17 with a full pic
typically it seems to be intermittent. But it happens on multiple copies

This is a copy job not a print job, correct?

Yes it is a copy job. 1 to 2 on the glass. I have not hooked it up as a printer as of yet
