I sincerely apologize for not treating this matter as seriously as I should have--after all, this is how we get events like the Three Mile Island Accident.

I am not sure a personal envoy would be able to understand Zaza, but this envoy should be a polyglot with an IQ of at least 185 and perhaps have the power of clairvoyance.
