    C364

    New Cyan and Black toners put into machine, but this does not register on the icons on the operation panel.
    Web browsing to machine also shows the same thing, all colours below 10%, and have not moved ?

    Were these put into the copier before the message came up on the screen.
    As the counters do not level up until the message to replace comes up on the screen.
    If you drain the sub hoppers out until the message comes up then replace with new toners this should then fill the toner level indicators back up.
    The indications are just there as a reference not actual levels.

      The customer is monitoring the toners from his PC, and I would say, is changing the toner when it is at a low %, and not calling for toner on the machine.
      I have asked the customer to let the toner run out just to see what happens.

        Do you have the no stop on toner cartridge enabled--this can deplete the system requiring one to manually add toner.

        There is a Manual Toner Add in service mode that you might want to try.

        I have seen toner cartridges reported at ~10% at time of install, but will complete a full yield and with good CQ and plenty of toner in the hopper.

        If I recall correctly, it only happens on compatible toner--I think it has something to do with the chip.

        However, its a little odd that all cartridges are showing 10%...
