Anyone have solution on this jam code?
i try to chg clutch and feed roller but it do not work,any suggestion??

Does the tray feed at all? Try changing the separator roller assembly or wash out and relube the torque limiter on the assembly. The grease that is put in them goes hard!

I try up your method but it look no improvement even thought my sup help me to chg whole set of feed unit but the result still the same.
1 thing i notice that once i press hard on the right door it seen no jam at all,so i suspect could be the right door issue.Now i temporally put some tap on the right door lock so make sure the right door can close tie.

Transport tyres on tray 2 at side door real poor with collecting paper dust. So if its cheap paper your screwed except get better paper. Tray 1 much better since it feeds straight into registration bigger tyre.
