    [Misc] P-14

    Dear all,
    i have a c451 which is giving me a screw warning
    P-14 and the image of the test page shows when yellow colour has moved out
    doez any one know what to do because i tried chaning the PH uint but it failed ,
    tried to copy valves of the screw on the print head and feed them in the machine but
    it failed some one was telling me to change the black IU,
    but i have not tred that before
    some help if there is any one with the idea

      Well the PH is a non-servicable unit--you either clean it or swap it. I am inclined to agree with Emujo, or you need to take more time on your posts to explain yourself.

        P-14 could relate to a number of things.
        Firstly clean the IDC sensors to see if this rectifies problem.
        It could also be on a low version of firmware. try updating this.
        The print head driver board fails occaisionally.

        Try the above to see how you get on.
