    Black imaging unit C451

    Dear all
    i have had black developer
    spilling over the black drum of C451 many times
    even if i change the IU or not and not only on one machine
    what could be the cause

      My guess is you don't have access to the KM knowledge base that explains what the problem is and how to correct it, or you haven't searched this forum for the same problem that has been posted and answered many times. Emujo

          also i have been away for quite some time
          but as u said iam a tech in uganda East of africa
          can u assit me and tell me what to do becauze i admit i dont know
