find out what's causing scuff marks on C8000

Running a job on our C8000 and we're getting scuff marks on the on the front page of our duplex job on 300g silk. It goes Clean sheet - two sheets with scuff marks - repeat.

The scuffs are in a column (perpendicular to feed direction) around the centre of the page, made up of horizontal (feed direction) lines which start black, then there's yellow, then magenta, cyan and back to black.

I've tried giving the transfer belt cleaning blade a clean, which worked for a few minutes, but now its back with a vengeance. Any ideas? We can't afford the downtime of calling an engineer out to have a look at it :-s

    Cheers

Any possibility of a scanned sample?
Do you have the newest version of the belt (with the auxiliary cleaner and without the tension springs)?
If so, have you checked the auxiliary cleaner?

Any curling of the paper? Does your second transfer unit look worn?
