C454E displaying C-4802 error code

This code comes up when replacing printer pcb. The manual says this is normal just go into service mode and load firmware problem is cannot get into service mode. This issue occurred after unsuccessfully trying SSD mod and so we have a mismatch of SSD ,MFP and printer pcb. Any ideas welcome and thank you in advance

Why can't you get into the service mode? Is it because you don't know how or some technical issue? If it's the former:

Press "Counter" button.
Open up the keypad by pressing the button on the top left corner of the screen.
Now, press STOP, 0, 0, STOP, 0, 1.
When prompted for the password enter 9272927292729272

This is just from memory so I might've missed something. However, this is enough info for you to get it done. Hope this helps almost a year after the fact...

Why do you need to goto service mode just load the firmware. This could happen if you don't enter the machine and type data when changing boards.

goto counter do "S" 0 0 "S" 0 1 then dont enter CE password but "S" 0 "C"
Look for CE password reset code. send picture of the screen to OEM and receive reset code.
And then you will probably get a HDD password lock.

The problem with this code is that procedure says that you need to go to service mode and perform [Engine Data Reflect Mode] - however when you play with boards and SSD in most cases you can't even get into service mode with proper password. Moreover, you can sometimes get into service mode through trouble reset screen but [Engine Data Reflect Mode] may be not available.
