New C454e printing booklets

This should be an easy fix or its what it is. This is a brand new Konica Minolta c454e The machine will print 10 booklets 4 sheets 11 x 17 folded and stapled. After 10 are printed it quits until they are unloaded and then it will start printing again. When printing 500 booklets that means the operator is constantly unloading the machine.
Here's the Question
Can this be changed to stop every 20 or 30? The installation folks said they didn't think it could be changed, they didn't say it couldn't!

Ehm... do you mean the machine says "Tray Full" ? on the booklet tray side? if that is the case then it is within specification of the Booklet maker.

My question is: Can the operator make 1-3 sheet booklets? If he can, then he will have 20 booklets on the tray and doesn't have to wear out his/hers feet twice as much.

No the tray is not full maybe 1 inch of paper if even that 80 sheet thickness. It does say "please remove paper from output tray as indicated by the arrow"
I guess my question is how much will the booklet delivery tray hold looks like it could easily hold the thickness of 500 sheets approx. less than 3 inches That would be approx. 40 booklets 4 sheets thick see photos attached

Cut off the stopper....you cannot remove the tray if memory serves me right, but you can cut off that end stopper.

On the C454/C554 you can just remove the booklet catch tray and replace it with a cardboard box. It will run all day as long as the exit photosensor doesn't stay blocked.

Just tilt the booklet tray upwards, then use a flat screwdriver to push inwards on the front hinge to remove.

Take off the bottom catch tray on the finisher and place box down to catch all the booklet's coming out.
