Have you tried a stop-test to see where it's appearing? It could be the transfer belt, if you've already changed the black drum. Or possibly even a dirty fuser?

I was just about to jump on that!
People begging for help with no patience or tact are annoying.

Guy you need a tech knowing this type of equipment and having the necessary experience and manuals.

What you are doing is almost as useful as Voodoo....

Try Initialize+Stabilize in service mode. If it fails to improve the quality, I think it could be PH or PRCB. Black reproduction is poor below 90%.
                  All the best.

Have you ran the gradation adjustments?
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

I am confused.....who actually has the problem? There are two posters on this thread asking for help but it sems to be the same fault!? Or have I flipped at last?
I agree that the grad adjust should be done!
