I have a client who has recently upgraded to windows vista. They are using a bizhub di3510f and pagescope. They cannot get pagescope to work. I have recommended to my boss to try running pagescope in compatibility mode for windows XP but he tells me to keep searching the konicaminolta support site for a compatibility matrix to find which version of pagescope (or workware) is compatible with Vista. I have now been searching through the database for about 5 hours with no luck. Can anyone provide some insight?

you know to be honest, your idea to run it in a compatability mode is probably the best bet for now. I don't think you are going to find a vista compatible version yet, not until they get off their butts and make one anyway. -
where to download workware from km website?
Hi again. I have seen documentation on KM website that shows pagescope workware does indeed work with vista. However I simply cannot find where to download it! Is it something that we have to buy from KM and if so does anyone have an item number? I have seen that there are quite a few KM websites associated with service, manuals etc and th ones I know about are
