Lease Return, need help (OCE VL3622)

This looks like a re-branded KM, that's why I'm posting here; not sure if service modes would be the same, but the machine is being picked up on 3/18/2014, and
    I'm getting desperate.

We need to clear all personal data (a factory reset for end of life) from an OCE VL3622 before returning to the leasing company.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes it is like the Konica Minolta Bizhub 361. Sorry though not sure how delete info short of removing hard drive.

Thanks, Craig, with the display stuck with the hour clock, I think removing HDD might be the way to go. If I can get the HDD to format from the PC,
would it work if I replaced it?

      I mean "hour glass".

I think it would, but honestly not 100% sure.

If you simply remove the HDD you will instantly turn the copier into a brick. This will 99% violate the terms of your lease to return the copier in working condition. Expect a bill from them in the $1,000.00 range or higher.

You are going to have to bite the bullet, contact a licensed OCE service provider and pay to have them "decommission" the copier with a hard drive replacement. Expect $500.00 minimum.
