bizhub 500 adjustments don't stick

So the problem I've been having is that you'll make adjustments to Lead edge, registration etc and they don't stick. You'll come 20min later and everything is out of wack again. Same thing goes for the ADF. Firmware is the latest and greatest I've replaced the registration unit with a new one with new clutches. Ideas???

Sorry for asking but have Have you tried re-doing firmware. Should be 31 for control. As a last resort try swapping NVRM from another BZ500 and see if adjustments hold.
