    Konica 7033 - Printer Board

    We were having problems printing to our 7033. It was not responding to pings, but the NIC light was on. Usually if I power off the machine, it works fine, but not this time.

    I reset the printer board per instructions (switch FACT jumper to 2 and 3, power cycle, and switch back to 1 and 2)

    Now I am getting a no response from printer board when I put jumper back to 1 and 2. When jumper is at 2 and 3 no error, but no status page printout either.

    Any ideas?????

    Network cable is fine. Tested connectivity with pc and nic lights at switch are on.

      You may want to update the cf card then arp the ip with the mac address.

          what is the cf card??? and how do i update it.

          Wouldn't i need to have the status page printed out before I arp the ip to the mac address??? I have the MAC address, and have tried to arp, but nothing.
