no animation data available

Hello

We just received a Konica Minlota Bizhub 652c in that displays no animation data available. What will this do the machine? At this point I have been able to copy and print with no issues. If I don't need to have it can I delete this message?

You don't "need" the file but your machine won't show you the animations for removing jams or some of the help files under your Help menu but the message won't go away unless you install the files...if you are a Konica tech you can get them from the Konica site...if you aren't a Konica tech...ya might ask Paul.....
