I've got a weird copy quality issue for you guys. The customer is complaining about a magenta tint to all of their copies. The image is coming out magenta because the cyan and yellow imaging units are not laying down the right density of toner. I printed the CYMK Test pages from Test Mode and have attached some examples below. The black and magenta gradation on the test pages looks great but the yellow and cyan are dense at the top and light at the bottom with no gradation in between. Anyone out there ever seen this?
