KM C6500 force Saddle Stitchng when using 163-209 on 100lb text

Hey guys. I am in an environment that likes the curing effect of 163-209 paper weight setting (higher heat than 81-105). The problem is the printer (fiery front end) does not like to Saddle Stitch/fold and staple on this paper weight setting.

It there a way (supported or not) to 'force' it to fold and staple 11x17 100lb Text and not be limited to 81-105 paper weight setting

I once tried making a Postscript file using the PPD for the printer and making the settings there but alas, no go.

I'm open to try any suggestions and report back the results.

    Best Regards

It will not let you send it to saddle , the only way is to lower the setting, but you might get to another problems, ether jamming or toner is not fusing to the paper.
