BIZHUB PRO C6500 error code c-3801

I just got this machine a couple of weeks ago and it had just been serviced by Konica when it was at the previous owner's shop.
I noticed an error code as I was trying to get a rush job out. Can anyone offer a quick solution as I need to get this project out today!!!!!

This is a under temp code from Temp sensor 1 (TEMS/1). You should check your thermistor, clean it. Then you have to reset the code.
To reset: Go to DipSW 3-1 and set to 0.
You may have a bad sensor or heat lamp.

maybe the bearing is off the fuser rollers
i have this probleme and i replace bearing the fuser roller 1
