    Konica 162 no printing

    SIr,
    There is no printing happening from KM 162 neither from parellel port nor from usb.PC does not even sense when usb is connected.

    Pls suggest if u hv any solution.

      Is the PC announcing when you connect the machine to parallel port?
      Did you manage to install it?
      If yes, is the job in queue and you're getting an error message?
      Please give more details.

          We have an issue with USB cable (was too long) and computer doesn recognize device. It could be also problem with the PC. In Device manager find out is USB printing support driver installed.

              i had a similar problem with BZ210, ended up adding both the PCL printing card AND a network card. USB didn't detect the on laptop the client had, but did detect on my own laptop, so installed the NIC. then i had issues with printing PDFs larger than 35 pages. so adding the PCL printing card fixed this.

              sorry can't be more helpful. the 162/180/210 machines don't seem to be good for much except to upsell to the BZ250 etc.
