Many thanks for all the input guys. I think all hints into the direction of the cleaning blade where correct. I went to the customer again last Friday and found out that the cleaning blade holder was sitting on the mylar which should normally be in front of that holder. The two bulges in the mylar corresponds more or less with the two curvings on the left side of the mysterious lines. The mylar sitting under the cleaning blade holder instead of being in front of it prevented the cleaning blade from resting in the proper position and the two bulges pushed from backwards the rubber of the blade towards the drum causing additional uneven pressure. So in the future when those lines come back, first thing I will do is checking the cleaning blade and how it sits. BTW: This occurred not because the Tech had a bad day when installing the new blade but because, as mentioned before, there was a blade flip previously what lifted up the whole assembly causing the mylar to creep under it. Lots of thanks for all your efforts. Hans

It is a problem with the grounding of the photoconductor drum

Ground spring cleaning and spring with a hook pull back (in the direction of drum axis)

Hi Hans, Yes I think so. Unfortunately, I have not this mylar. I ordered and I will try. I don't know exactly the role of this plastic strip. Maybe it decreases the vibration of the blade - I think the lines mark exactly vibrations of bale. Anyway I have to wait. If you have any news please, let me know. Thanks Svet.

Man that faulty image looks all laser-ish, but most of the time its the blade put a new one in correctly........................... I have seen a bad fratastat valve cause this also, the one right down near the canibbling rod.

Its not a matter that the mylar must be present, if present, it should not hinder the cleaning blade. Did you try another cleaning blade and/or did you try reseating? BTW How can you order that mylar? There's no part number for it in the manual. I think it comes mounted ready on the bracket Pos.20 #1136-5522-01. Hans
