    [Error Code] please help conect to copie C6500

    hi any one and mode forum

    i have server Fiery ....when i not plug cable connect to copie....so fiery is good.....when i connect cable to copie....so fiery not working....all service on Fiery is off.

    i don't know what i can do.....i replace hdd....i install new.

    i can not printting next.........

    please help me

          Might be time to reload the Fiery OS.
          Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

                  Then be sure to add the patches.
                  Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

                              I believe they are rigjt on KM's web site. I havent checked and KM has been changing stuff but im.sure its there.

                                  If you are this clueless when it comes to your production MFP and its associated Fiery, you really should call a trained tech. There isn't a "press this button to fix" icon anywhere on the Fiery. Emujo
