    bizhub pro 920 how to enable controller :(

    i have biz hub pro 920 . i want to enable controller of this copier IC 203 . kindly brief about its enabling process . in utility mode the controller dialogue box is executing but its dead executed
    i shall be very thankful to you for this kind favour

      I believe it should be enough to attach the controller to the machine. If the controller doesn't work, I'd try first to flash both the controller's and the machine's firmware.
