My customer has two of these. One is the copier version and this one that just came in
is the printer version.
He is running the copier version from a Creo and printer from a fiery.
When I ran the PS test page the fiery logo looked a little orange.
My customer put 5k the machine all 11X17".
It was suggested to switch the creo and the fiery because the creo offers more color
adjustments.
The PS test page gradation went to 2% but the RBG Red looked a little orange.
I did put fresh toner in the machine and then
I did the toner refresh 3 times, ran each dev unit from service for 5 min each.
Did the auto gamma 3 times, bumped up the magenta on the gamma offset adjust.
Cleaned the chargers and laser shields. According to the numbers in the machine
the drums, dev, & chargers only have 10K on them. Also the last time this was done
was 6/13 last summer. It was picked up for non-pymt by the last owner.
I'm not sure what to do next, change the developers?
