Just seeing if anyone else is having a very annoying metal on metal squeaking noise in the conveyance drive of the finisher on the FS527. I've isolated to the drive rollers just behind the paddle when reaching into the finisher exit area. I've had 3 of these already in the past month. I ripped apart the machine, but it always comes back. Anyone seen this??

open the door,
remove the top cover in the door
the problem was the first motor on the top left. the plastic gear was eaten.....
(the problem occur when i activated the tray 1 open/close and coveyence drive in service mode)
