Bizhub PRO 951 light copy

Hello, I have PRO 951 on filed, almost new machine ( aprox. 100 000 copies ), few days ago customer called with a problem with full black print. Full black has something like ''white rain(foggy) dots''. First I changed developer, nothing, after that drum and scorotron grid, no good. I'am suspicious about transfer belt ond ADU, what do you guys suggest?
Any suggestion is welcome
