error code 77-25 for konica minolta bizhub 1050e

i still did not check which code is this, but it says the error is from finisher intermidiette rolleror or it can be PS33.. i only tried to clean the sensor but still same problem. and im not familiar with the machine also. i need your help guys. anyone please. thanks

Unfortunately, all you gave us was a jam code, told us you did not look it up and then referenced a sensor that you say you cleaned, but still need our help.

First I'd say look up the jam code and find out where exactly your issue is.
