[Misc] C754e user box issue C8 at verion 5

I have a customer that uses the user boxes for printing, everyone sends their jobs to the user box, and at their convenience, prints them out to avoid interruption to any walk up users. Here's the issue, they send a 10 page stapled document and choose 10 sets, click print, and off it goes. When they open their user box, the job is there, stapled, but only 1 set. They must choose the number of sets they need when they print the job. Has anyone seen any settings that would allow the user box to accept the requested number of sets? Seems that having to actually press an extra button to request 10 copies is driving them over the edge. "The old Canon used to do it" Emujo

Adjust SoftSwitch 64 too HEX 01 will solve your problem.

You were spot on, thanks, strange though, no where in the SM is this switch listed. Where did you find this little gem of info? Emujo
