[Jamming] Konica Minolta C451 When turn on - Getting Misfeed Error

When we turn on the copier. Getting Misfeed Error in Tray 4.
If we open the tray 4 and pull LC1 and push it back. Error Disappears?

Have replaced the sensor which detects LC1 (Tray 4) inside the machine but no use.

Find the attached pic.

Please advise.

The side door hooks at the bottom of copier sometimes snap or almost snap. I've seen this result in door opening just enough to trigger the open/close sensor and halt printing
Especially the front hook

What is the jam code that is reported? Have you checked sensor operations for the take up and transport in the I/O tests?
