    KM C6500

I have been running my c6500 without much problems. Friday, the control panel was not responsive to touch. Shut down and unplugged machine. Started back up and no codes but panel is still not responding. I can't change paper settings or any other settings.

Yeah, as suggested pull the screen off and clean it. I've seen stuff get stuck under the lip (were the screen meets the frame) and that causes them not work work.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

I tried that and it still has no response. Should I just replace the panel?

Hi. You can use a usb mouse plugged in the hidden usb port. You can find it on the upper right side of the printer, under a little cover. In this way you'll get an arrow/cursor on the panel and can use it as a normal pc.
