    konica 350 alignment problem

i have a konica 350 that makes a copy that is straight on the lead and trail side but crooked on the top and bottom. as you look at the copy the sentences run down hill but the sides of copy are straight. if i draw a square on paper and make a copy the lead and trail sides are straight but top and bottom are crooked. any ideas thanks

      twisted scanner?
      Ditto.

Look at the front of the machine and likely you will notice that the scanner unit droops down at the left side. Just yank it upwards and tell your customer not to lean on it again.
