I think i remember that i replaced an IMAGE PROCESSING BOARD ASSY (IPB) A0U0H02002 in a Konica C6500 but this component is for Konica C6501. The machine showed this error.

main motor drive problem..something is not turning when the main motor starts..something is either bound up or the manin motor is bad
