Suddenly went blank both in copy and print mode. No code. I replaced the entire drum unit and transfer corona. Every thing is turning and feeding correctly. If it were the laser wouldn't it I get a code? Help before I get to the expensive stuff!

I came accross this problem before...It was the printer drive board failure that cause it. -
Check drum ground.
If you have no continuity to ground it will shoot blanks.Why do they call it common sense?

Start a copy and stop it while is on image unit.Open the machine and check if there is something on the drum its the transfer corona if there is nothing on the drum is drum ground.Comment
