We have a new C6000L & were promised that it would not curl cover stock if we added the anti curl adjustment option Even with the tech here, it curls 11x17 or 12x18
12 point stock. I've even tried the adjustments on our Ikon 550C (KM C5500) and it doesn't seem to un curl the paper either. Has anyone had this problem with KM copiers?
